I started to code CV programs from scratch with my own devkit since 1999, before that I coded tools included I.C.V.G.M. in QuickBASIC based on CVEditor by John Dondzila, before porting to VisualBASIC, and my CVPaint in 2002-2003, CVPaint2 in 2009.
